I only had a few weeks before my conference so less time than ideal. I was sceptical but went with the techniques and although I haven’t mastered them by a long stretch they really work. How Many Hypnotherapy Sessions Will I Need?
Clinical hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that can assist you in overcoming your insomnia, being able to finally have a good nights sleep and not lie awake unsuccessfully trying to fall asleep. My tailored approach helps you reprogram your unconscious mind for lasting change.
One of the remarkable aspects of using hypnotherapy is its efficiency. Depending on the source of your sleep problems you can see progress in as little as 2 sessions. For more complex issues I have a slightly different approach, which will get you the desired results in no more than 5 sessions. You can rest assured that the results will be effective and fast, allowing you to significantly improve your quality and quantity of sleep.*
My price per 90 minute session is £255 incl. VAT which includes a 10% discount that I am offering due to the cost of living crisis.
Every session is different and structured based on the client and their needs. But in general some good things to know are that you will remain awake and totally in control at all times.
The number of sessions required will depend on your challenge. In general, phobias and fears, lack of confidence, PTSD and panic attacks can be completed in two sessions. For anxiety and insomnia I usually can advise after the consultation call if it will be a two or five session process. And stop smoking and weight loss always take five sessions.
